Welcome! This page explains how to sign in to the ASJ website in a friendly, step‑by‑step way. Access is exclusive to ASJ members. If you need a hand at any point, we’re here to help.

Who can log in

Membership registration for this site is managed and initiated solely by the administrator. Self-registration is not permitted. 

Initial Password Setup Guide

When your account is created by the admin, you’ll receive an email with a Reset Password link.

1. Open the reset link in the email.
2. Enter your new password and confirm it.
3. Save / submit. You can now log in.

Link expired? Request a new link on the Forgot Password page: https://asjapan.org/change-password/?a=pwdreset

Log in 

1. Go to https://asjapan.org/login/
2. Enter your username or registered email, and your password.
3. Select Log in.

Not sure which email is registered? Email info@asjapan.org and we’ll confirm it for you.

Forgot your password

1. Visit: https://asjapan.org/change-password/?a=pwdreset
2. Enter your registered email and submit.
3. Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the steps to set a new password.

Troubleshooting

• No reset email received:
  • Check Spam / Junk and Promotions folders.
  • Search your inbox for “ASJ” or “password”.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again; then request another reset link.
  • If using a company/school email, ask IT to allow messages from the ASJ domain.
• Unsure which email is registered: Contact info@asjapan.org.
• Account not found or not active yet: Access is invite‑only; contact info@asjapan.org.
• Login loop or unexpected errors: Try a private / incognito window, clear cookies for the site, or switch browsers.

Good security habits

• Don’t share your password or the reset link.
• Log out on shared / public computers.
• Use a password manager.

会員サイトへの登録は管理者が主導で行います。ご自身での新規登録は出来ません。

初回ログイン時のパスワード設定手順

管理者がアカウントを作成すると、パスワードをリセットするためのリンクが記載されたメールが届きます。

1. メール内のリンクをクリックし開きます。
2. 新しいパスワードを入力します。
3. 保存／送信すると、ログインできるようになります。

リンクが期限切れの場合： 次のページから新しいリンクを再発行してください： https://asjapan.org/change-password/?a=pwdreset

ログイン

1. https://asjapan.org/login/ にアクセスします。
2. ユーザー名または登録メールアドレスとパスワードを入力します。
3. Log in（ログイン）を選択します。

登録メールアドレスが不明な場合： info@asjapan.org までお問い合わせください。登録内容を確認いたします。

パスワードをお忘れの場合

1. https://asjapan.org/change-password/?a=pwdreset にアクセスします。
2. 登録メールアドレスを入力して送信します。
3. 受信したメールのリンクを開き、案内に従って新しいパスワードを設定してください。

トラブルシューティング

• リセットメールが届かない：
  • 迷惑メールやプロモーションフォルダを確認。
  • 受信箱で「ASJ」や「password」を検索。
  • 数分待ってから再試行、必要に応じて再発行を依頼。
  • 会社／学校のメールをご利用の場合は、ASJからのメール受信許可をIT担当にご依頼ください。
• 登録メールアドレスが不明： info@asjapan.org へご連絡ください。
• アカウントが見つからない／まだ有効化されていない： 招待制のため、info@asjapan.org にお問い合わせください。
• ログインを繰り返す・エラーが表示される： プライベート（シークレット）ウィンドウで試す／当該サイトのCookieを削除／別のブラウザでお試しください。

セキュリティのヒント

• パスワードやリセットリンクを他人と共有しない。
• 共有／公共の端末ではログアウトする。
• パスワードマネージャーの利用をおすすめします。
